• All artwork MUST include credit to my Twitter @vkimikyu
• Commissions may be streamed on twitch unless you request it not be
• All commissions require a clear reference
• I have the right to reject your request
• If you have a strict deadline please inform me, rush orders will require an extra fee
• No revisions are included on YCH /SKEB commissions due to their nature🖤PAYMENT🖤
• Payment through VGen/ Paypal / Venmo ONLY
• Commissions must be paid 100% upfront
• Commissions are non-refundable🖤PROCESS🖤
• After ordering, I'll be in contact with you to confirm the details of your commission
• A WIP sketch will be sent for approval
• I only start the lining and coloring process after approval
• I allow small revisions after lineart and coloring is complete (color changes, small details)
• Commissions are usually finished within one month, time varies depending on complexity and my work schedule
• I try to be very clear about the deadlines I set, if anything comes up that will slow down my progress to your commission I will let you know ASAP🖤DELIVERY🖤
• Clients will receive the full-resolution image through a google drive download link through Vgen / Discord / Email🖤USAGE / LICENSING🖤
• I, KIMIKYU, claim the rights to my artwork.
• I reserve the right to use the artwork in a portfolio, post it on social media, stream it's process on twitch, and promote myself with it.
• The client has the right to:
Use the commissioned piece for personal use ( uploading it on social media, using it as a profile picture, etc)
Claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself
Use the artwork to promote themselves with credit to me
Use the artwork on Youtube, Twitch, or other monetized content as long as the artwork is not the main subject for earnings.
• The client does not have the right to:
Reproduce / Use artwork commercially without commercial rights ( Making money off of it )
Claim the artwork as their own
Alter the artwork without my consentI reserve full rights to my artwork unless otherwise agreed upon (client purchasing commercial rights)• Commercial rights to my artwork for profit may be purchased for 3x the original price of the commission
• Using my artwork in NFTs, cryptocurrency, or any blockchain-related technology is prohibited
